The Makery is a member based Makerspace collaborative for people to imagine, experiment, network, collaborate and create for personal and professional growth.
We operate within the Adult Education Department of Hannaford Career Center, utilizing its building and equipment to encourage technical and creative entrepreneurship in Addison County.
We have a group of talented mentors in our Sewing Lab.

The Makery often needs to replace consumables used in labs—such as needles, thread, fabric, paper, ink cartridges, and drill bits. Please contact us for our current Wish List to learn more about our needs.
Our members are creative, curious and inventive. Some join to work with equipment they don’t own, while others are learning new skills. The Makery provides experienced mentors in every Lab to oversee safety, offer advice and answer questions.
There are many ways to be a part of The Makery Community.
